Sukkot
Sukkot, in its most ancient roots a harvest festival, represents the wanderings of our people after revelation at Mount Sinai, when our ancestors lived in temporary dwellings (the sukkah).
Eat in the Sukkah any time! The sukkah at HBT is each and every one of our's - it's a communal sukkah, for all of us. Please feel very warmly welcome to sit or bring a meal to eat in the sukkah any time from Thursday evening, October 17 through Wednesday afternoon, October 23. We will have tables and chairs set up. Please simply make sure to throw away your trash and leave the sukkah clean for the next person who will use it. Thank you!
