Thank you all. Thank you to each and every one of you who made Saturday night such a spectacular event for me and for our entire community. Whether you were present in person or on zoom, your love radiated throughout the night, and I continue to feel enveloped by it.
You are warmly invite you to a special evening with blessings, light, and song, as we celebrate Barbara Penzner’s 28 years as our beloved Rabbi at Temple Hillel B’nai Torah. On Saturday, June 3 we will honor her legacy as she leaves the HBT pulpit and becomes our Rabbi Emerita.

On Yom Kippur the prophet Isaiah calls on us to feed others’ bodies as part of our day-long fast. Whether you plan to attend in person or on Zoom, at HBT, we make this mitzvah easy for you. Help support the Grow Clinic and Boston Medical center with food donations, grocery store gift cards, or a check (paid to HBT so that we can send one community contribution).

In past years, during the High Holidays, we have supported the Food Pantry at Boston Medical Center by picking up empty grocery bags at Rosh Hashanah and returning full ones at Yom Kippur. Our support is even more important this year.
