Jonathan Mendoza: Poet, Educator, Activist
Jonathan Mendoza is a Boston-based, Jewish and Mexican-American spoken word poet, educator and immigrant rights activist. He will share his story through poetry and then guide us to reflect on our connection to immigrants, identity, and today’s U.S. immigrations policies. We will open our hearts through group exercises and personal writing. The event is designed for teens and adults. www.MendozaPoetry.com.
