Join us as we light our Hanukkah menorahs together, celebrating the Festival of Lights in a heartwarming and festive gathering for all ages.
• Havdalah Service: Begin the evening with a beautiful Havdalah ceremony, marking the end of Shabbat and the start of our celebration.
• Menorah Lighting: Illuminate the social hall with the glow of our Hanukkiah lights, symbolizing hope and unity. Bring your own Hanukkiah and share the story behind it.
• Potluck Dinner: Share a delicious meal together! The temple will provide potato latkes and paper goods. If you decide last minute to join us, please make sure to bring enough food to feed 8-10 people for the potluck. Please note that all items should be dairy, vegetarian, or vegan. They can be store-bought or homemade.
Fun for All Ages:
• Singing and listening to Hanukkah songs that everyone will enjoy.
• Decorating cookies with creative and colorful designs.
• Eating sufganiot (jelly-filled donuts) and savoring these sweet treats.
• Surrounding yourself with the smells of crispy latkes while connecting with family and friends.
This is a special event designed to bring together multiple generations in joy, connection, and celebration. Whether young or young-at-heart, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
We look forward to celebrating Hanukkah with you and your loved ones!
