Pesach Kulanu Yachad

We invite all parents to join students, teachers, and other HBT community members for a fun, engaging morning during the regular Chaverim hours of 9:45am to 12:15pm. Activities will include:

• Matzah baking (for adults and students in Gimel and above) with Rabbi Emerita Barbara Penzner 

• Adult Matza baking 2 sessions 12:00 & 12:30pm RSVP

•  Adult education led by congregant Elana Elstein about the biblical and rabbinic origins of Passover, as well as current practices and our relationship to the holiday

•  Haggadah perusing (bring some of yours to share) at our annual Passover haggadah and supplements display table

•  For students: making charoset from different global Jewish communities and cultures

• Passover arts and crafts (including completing a project to take home)

If you would like to sell your remaining chametz for the duration of the holiday as a way of ridding your home of chametz, click HERE for the form.

Forms must be received by noon on Friday, April 11 to enable the rabbi to sell the chametz.
